Therapy that helps you feel better — not just talk about how you feel.

If anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma symptoms or intrusive thoughts are affecting your life, we'll focus on helping you feel calmer, make meaningful changes and regain control by understanding and changing the patterns that are keeping you stuck, creating lasting change.

Helping your mind switch off
When your mind is constantly analysing, anticipating or going over things, it can be difficult to properly switch off. Therapy can help us understand what is driving this and find ways of reducing the anxiety and mental overload.

Changing relationship patterns
Sometimes the same difficulties seem to follow us from one relationship to another — anxiety, feelings of rejection, difficulty setting boundaries or patterns of putting other people's needs first. In therapy I work to help you explore and understand where these patterns come from and how to change them.

Helping you move beyond trauma symptoms
Trauma doesn't always feel like a memory. It can show up as anxiety, physical reactions, avoidance, feeling constantly on alert, shutting down or becoming overwhelmed. I work to help you make sense of these responses and, where appropriate, process what is still being held as a threat.
Overcoming burnout
Burnout can creep up gradually, particularly when you've spent a long time coping, caring for others or carrying a lot of responsibility. We can look at what's draining your resources, what keeps the pressure going, and what needs to change.
Breaking free from intrusive thoughts
Unwanted or frightening thoughts can become particularly distressing when you start monitoring, analysing or trying to get rid of them. Understanding that cycle is an important part of reducing the hold the thoughts have over you and developing different ways of responding to them.
Navigating life's changes
Change can be unsettling and cause a lot of distress. Loss, relationships, work, menopause, caring responsibilities, or simply reaching a different stage of life can leave you questioning what you want next. Therapy can offer a space to explore what's going on in your life now and help you move forward.
